Brown Derby cocktail:
1 oz Eagle Rare Bourbon
1 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
1 t. Honey disolved in 1 t. warm water
1 drop of saltwater solution (optional)
shake vigorously with ice, double strain into a coupe,
top with a dropper of Jamaica #2 bitters and a twirl of grapefruit peel.
